About Me

My qualifications

I have a level 4 diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, accredited by the CPCAB (Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body) and I'm registered with the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I am also fully insured.

What led me to become a counsellor

It was my own healing crisis which led me to seek counselling, then train to be a counsellor with Sweet Track Counselling Services in Glastonbury, Somerset. I was drawn to their psycho-spiritual approach which resonated with my experience of feeling there is a deeper dimension to who we are, and a sense of being connected to a greater power.

My approach

The bedrock of my approach is Humanistic (also known as person-centered), but I believe the relationship between us, is the most fundamental aspect for healing to take place, which must be built on safety, trust and authenticity. My role is to encourage you to be your true self and support you to make changes to live a happier and more fulfilling life. I love being outdoors in nature and being creative, and I like to bring these passions into my counselling practice.
